1. Commercial Quotations & Proforma Invoices (PI)
All price quotes provided via our quotation wizard, direct email, or official WhatsApp communications are subject to written confirmation in a formal Proforma Invoice (PI). Due to seasonal agricultural price movements and ocean freight market variations, spot quotations are typically valid for 7 business days from date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Recognized Incoterms® 2020
We execute international mercantile contracts under standard International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms:
- FOB (Free on Board): We are responsible for internal origin transportation, sorting, packing, customs clearance, and loading cargo onto the ocean vessel at the designated Indian port (e.g., Mundra Port or JNPT Nhava Sheva). Importer arranges ocean freight and marine insurance.
- CFR (Cost and Freight): We cover all origin costs plus ocean carriage to the buyer's designated destination port of discharge. Buyer arranges marine cargo insurance.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover origin logistics, ocean transit, and standard marine Institute Cargo Clauses (C or A) insurance up to destination port discharge.
3. Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection Rights
We believe transparent inspection guarantees build enduring international partnerships:
- Buyers possess the full contractual right to appoint independent third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, Intertek, Cotecna) to inspect cargo prior to container sealing.
- Inspection surveyors verify grain size, moisture percentage, broken grain thresholds, purity, weight tallies, and bag integrity at the warehouse or port CFS.
- Official container seals applied during surveyor inspection are recorded directly on the commercial packing list and Bill of Lading (B/L).
4. Payment Terms & Settlement Mechanisms
To eliminate banking discrepancies and ensure mutual transaction security, we operate via standard international trade finance channels:
- Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight): Issued by a recognized international prime bank, payable 100% against presentation of clean shipping documents.
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Standard structured term of 30% advance deposit upon contract execution with the 70% balance payable against scanned copies of the original Shipped on Board Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Commercial Invoice.
